Privacy

The short version: we keep what you send us, use it only to answer you, and never sell or share it. We also count, never who, where people get stuck on the site. There are no cookies for visitors.

What you send us

The contact, wholesale and job forms send us what you type, like your name, your email or phone, and your message or application. We use it only to answer you, or to consider you for a job. It is stored on our own server, where only Mike's staff can read it after signing in. Nothing you type is emailed, sold or shared.

How long we keep it

Messages are deleted after six months. Job applications are deleted after a year. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Your connection

To stop spam, the forms count how many messages come from one internet connection in a day. For that they keep a scrambled code made from your IP address, never the address itself, and forget it after two days. Like most websites, our server also keeps a record of each visit (the page, the time and your IP address) for about two weeks, to keep the site running and safe.

How the site is used

To find what is hard to use, the site counts a few things as you browse: taps on something that does nothing, the same spot tapped again and again, how you move between flavor pages, how far a job application gets (not what is in it), and the address of a page that is not found. When you leave a page these counts are sent to our server with the page's name, and added to a daily total. They carry no name, no IP address and no cookie, so they cannot be traced to you. To stop floods, the same scrambled IP code as the forms is kept for two days. The totals are deleted after 90 days.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies for visitors, so there is nothing to accept. The only cookies are for Mike's staff when they sign in to update the site.

Other companies

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, and its Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. The lettering comes from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for it. The maps on the homepage and the contact page are from Google Maps. Booking the loft happens on VRBO. Our Instagram, Facebook and Yelp links, and the articles and posts on our press page (including one on X), go to those sites. Each of these follows its own privacy policy.
